Voucher is valid for a period of 06 months from the date of issue.
Voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated voucher.
Voucher cannot be sold to any third party without the consent of Vision Care.
This voucher is dispatched with the equivalent monetary value of the stated value chosen.
This voucher is void without the Authorized Signature, Date of Issue, and Barcode.
